Description

Open in May 2003, the Real Palácio is an upmarket 5-star hotel with 147 rooms and suites (many adapted for non-smoking and handicapped guests), each fully equipped with air-conditioning, central heating, direct-dial telephone, cable TV, mini-bar and safe-deposit box. Besides two restaurants and two bars, the hotel features a modern health club with a Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium. For corporate clients, the Real Palácio offers a state-of-the-art business centre and a variety of meeting rooms with capacity for up to 400 pax.

1.1 No expenses if the cancellation is made until 7 days before arrival
1.2 Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival date, one night may be charged
1.3 In case of cancellation made less then 3 days before arrival 100% charge of the booked value may be charged
1.4 In case of interruption of the stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation
1.5 The contract is established between the Hotel and the Guest
