Cancellation rules

1.1 No expenses if the cancellation is made until 7 days before arrival
1.2 Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival date, one night may be charged
1.3 In case of cancellation made less then 3 days before arrival 100% charge of the booked value may be charged
1.4 In case of interruption of the stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation
1.5 The contract is established between the Hotel and the Guest
Only Portuguese law applies to this reservation

Payment Facilities

Other: Booking Conditions: All reservations must be confirmed in written with credit card details in order to guarantee reservation. There will be charged 30% of the total amount. In alternative to the credit card payment it can be made a bank transfer. Cancellation & No Show Policies: In the event of cancellation, there is no charge with more than 7 days notice prior to the arrival date. All cancellations or reductions made with less than 7 days or no shows, the hotel will charge 50% of the total stay on bed and breakfast basis. Early Departures: For all reductions in the length of stay or early departures, there is a 50% penalty charge on the number of nights reduced, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
